This policy applies only to Kocard (hereinafter referred to as "we") products and related services.
Welcome to the Kocard website. Kocard is owned, operated and maintained by Shanghai Yuejing Network Technology Co., Ltd. Your personal information security is of utmost importance to us, and we have always done our best to protect your personal information security and maintain your trust in us. We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and technical specifications to help us provide you with better products and services. At the same time, we promise to strictly keep your personal information and other data confidential to ensure the security of your personal information.

We will collect information such as your hardware model, operating system version number, IP address, software version number, and operation logs. This information will be saved locally in text format. When you encounter problems, you can proactively provide it to us to help us troubleshoot and solve problems.
To help us better understand the operation of our products and related services in order to ensure safe operation and service provision, when you submit feedback in Kocard, to ensure that we can accurately understand and screen the problems you encounter, the information we may collect includes: log files, device model, and operating system version.
We need to apply for some system permissions involving personal privacy to ensure that certain functions within the app can be used normally. We will apply for your authorization when you use these functions, and we will only access your personal information after obtaining your explicit authorization. If you do not need to use these functions, you can refuse authorization; if you have never used these functions, we will not apply for permissions or access your personal information.

During your use of this platform, we will continue to save your personal information. The storage period will be based on the principle of not exceeding the period necessary to provide services to you. After you terminate your use of this platform or close the corresponding authorization, unless laws and regulations stipulate otherwise for the retention period of specific information, we will delete your information or anonymize it.
If we cease operations due to poor management or other reasons, we will immediately stop collecting your personal information and delete the personal information already collected.

Kocard will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless we have your prior permission, or the third party and Kocard (including Kocard affiliates) provide services to you separately or jointly, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such materials that they were previously able to access.

Kocard will ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite these security measures, please also note that there is no "perfect security measure" on information networks.

We ensure the security of the entire system from multiple dimensions including organizational construction, system design, personnel management, and product technology, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access your personal information, and conduct timely security audits of data and technology;
